Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, GBP/USD, or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:15pm ET expiration times on trade date October 31, 2022; additionally, no EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:20pm ET expiration time on that day; no EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:25pm ET expiration time on that day; finally, no GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:30pm through 7:15pm ET expiration time on that day;
No AUD/USD, EUR/JPY, EUR/USD GBP/JPY or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date November 1, 2022; additionally, no GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:10pm ET expiration time on that day;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:25pm ET expiration times on trade date November 2, 2022; additionally, no GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm , 6:10pm, or 6:20pm ET expiration times on that day; finally, no USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:10pm ET expiration time on that day;
No EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm or 6:10pm ET expiration times on trade date November 3, 2022; additionally, no GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:15pm ET expiration time on that day;
No GBP/JPY, GBP/USD, or USD/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date November 4, 2022.
