Nadex Adds Discretionary Strike Levels
Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules 12.29, 12.51, 12.59, 12.63, and 12.65, due to volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, Nadex added strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Wall Street 30, US Tech 100, US 500, and Germany 30 Binary contracts on December 3, 2015. Nadex also added discretionary strikes in its Weekly, Daily, and Intraday EUR/USD Binary contracts on December 3, 2015. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for the US 500, Germany 30, and EUR/USD contracts on December 4, 2015. Additionally, Nadex listed discretionary strikes in its Daily US Tech 100 and Wall Street 30 Binary contracts on December 4, 2015 due to volatility in the underlying market upon which this contract is based. Nadex plans to return to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on December 7, 2015.
