Terms and Conditions filed for new HedgeStreet products in the form of Fixed-Payout Residential Heating Oil and Propane Contracts

Pursuant to Commission Regulation 40.2 and 40.6, HedgeStreet files, by self-certification, the Terms and Conditions for Fixed-Payout Residential Heating Oil and Propane Contracts with the CFTC The HedgeStreet Rule Committee has approved the addition of new HedgeStreet Rules 12.26 and 12.27 (the "Rules") to reflect all of the terms and conditions of the new Contracts, referenced above. These Rules were submitted to the CFTC on Friday, November 26, 2004 and HedgeStreet implements them at the start of business on Monday, November 29, 2004. View the rule additions.
