Rule certification filed which changed and defined the name of a Series of Currency Exchange Contracts from Daily Contracts to Spot Contracts and amendments to the existing terms and conditions of Gold Fixed-Payout Hedgelets by listing new Spot Gold Fixed

In accordance with Commission Regulation 40.6, the HedgeStreet Rule Committee ("HedgeStreet") has approved a change in the name of a Series of Currency Exchange Contracts from Daily Contract (Old) to Spot Contract (New) and established the new definition of Spot Contract. HedgeStreet also approved the amendments to the existing terms and conditions of the Gold Fixed-Payout Hedgelets, as defined under Rule 12.10. Further to these amendments, on November 22, 2004 HedgeStreet intends to issue new Spot Gold Fixed-Payout Contracts, which were resultantly added. The listing of the new Spot Gold Fixed-Payout Contracts will include the respective Payout Criterion for said Contracts. View the rule changes.
