Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No GBP/JPY, EUR/JPY, or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 11, 2022;
No USD/JPY, GBP/JPY, or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 12, 2022;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 13, 2022; additionally, no AUD/USD or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:15pm ET expiration time on that day;
No GBP/JPY or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 14, 2022;
No GBP/JPY5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 15, 2022.
