Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No GBP/JPY, EUR/JPY, GBP/USD, or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date December 19, 2022;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:20pm ET expiration times on trade date December 20, 2022; additionally, no GBP/USD or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on that date;
No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date December 21, 2022;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date December 22, 2022;
No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:15pm ET expiration times on trade date December 23, 2022; additionally, no EUR/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET and no USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:10pm ET on that date; finally, no GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:20pm ET expiration time on that date.
