Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:
No AUD/USD, GBP/JPY, EUR/JPY, GBP/USD, EUR/USD, USD/CAD, or USD/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:25pm through 6:55pm ET expiration time on trade date December 12, 2022;
No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date December 13, 2022;
No EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date December 14, 2022;
No EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date December 15, 2022;
No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date December 16, 2022.
