Nadex Product Schedule for the UK December 27 and 28, 2010 Holidays and the US December 31, 2010 New Year Holiday

For the UK Holidays on Monday, December 27 and Tuesday, December 28, 2010, the Nadex FTSE 100® contracts will have a modified trading schedule. No weekly FTSE 100 contracts will be offered for the week of December 27, 2010. Please refer to the Holiday Product Schedule Guidelines for specific product trading hours.

For the New Year’s Eve Holiday on Friday, December 31, 2010, Nadex will observe regular business hours and all Daily and Weekly contracts will open and settle at their regular times unless otherwise specified below. Contract specific exceptions are as follows:

• No Korea 200 or Japan 225 contracts will be available for trading on this date; All weekly Korea 200 and Japan 225 weekly contracts will have a settlement date of Thursday, December 30, 2010;

• No Germany 30 contracts will be available for trading on this date; All weekly Germany 30 contracts will have a settlement date of Thursday, December 30, 2010;

• No FTSE 100 contracts will be available for trading on this date; No weekly FTSE 100 contracts will be offered for the week of December 27, 2010;

• All Daily and Weekly Corn and Soybean contracts will have a last trade date close time of 1:00pm ET on Friday, December 31, 2010.
