Nadex Lists New Touch Bracket Contracts

On November 29, 2018, North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) submitted to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”), its intent to list new Touch Bracket Contracts in the EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, USD/JPY, US 500, US SmallCap 2000, US Tech 100, and Wall Street 30 markets. Notice of the new contracts, along with the Rulebook amendments, can be viewed in Notice 972. The initial launch of the Touch Brackets was planned for no earlier than December 3, 2018, and was delayed until further announcement on the Notice page. Accordingly, Nadex is now announcing the listing of its FX Touch Bracket contracts on December 27, 2018. As indicated by the Product Schedule for the holiday week of December 31, 2018, no Touch Brackets will be listed on Monday, December 31, 2018. The FX Touch Brackets will resume their listing hours at the open of the trade day on January 2, 2019. The initial listing of the US Indices Touch Brackets will follow at 9:30am ET.
