Nadex Delays Listing of New Touch Bracket Contracts

On November 29, 2018, North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) submitted to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”), its intent to list new Touch Bracket Contracts in the EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, USD/JPY, US 500, US SmallCap 2000, US Tech 100, and Wall Street 30 markets. The submission indicated that the initial launch of the Touch Brackets was planned for no earlier than December 3, 2018, and that Nadex would announce any delay in the initial listing. Nadex has decided to delay the initial listing of these contracts until trade date December 10, 2018, and will announce any deviations from this plan on the Notices page of the Nadex website.
