Modification to Self-Certification to Amend Product Schedule Guidelines for Holidays

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and section §40.6(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) submitted to the Commission on November 2, 2018 its amendments to update its Product Schedule Guidelines for Holidays as further described in Notice 965. On November 16, 2018, Nadex submitted a modification to this submission, in order to clarify that no Foreign Currency contracts which would normally expire after 3pm ET on the Friday following the Thanksgiving holiday will be listed, and that trading in the Monthly Bitcoin Mini contract will close at 3pm ET on that day.
