Introducing New Korea 200 Contracts and Extended Exchange Hours

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act and Commission Regulation §§40.2 and 40.6(a), HedgeStreet is listing Korea 200 Binary and Variable Payout Contracts, represented in new Rules 12.82 and 12.83, respectively, and extending business hours as represented in Rule 5.11. These amendments are effective at the start of business on Sunday, May 17, 2009.
