HedgeStreet Observes National Day of Mourning for Former President Gerald R. Ford

Pursuant to Section 5c(c) of the Commodity Exchange Act and Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") Rule §40.6, by a submission dated December 29, 2006, HedgeStreet notifies the CFTC of its intent to close all of its markets on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 in accordance with the National Day of Mourning in honor of former U.S. President Gerald R. Ford.
