Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), HedgeStreet amends its Rules to reflect the change of HedgeStreet’s name to the North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”), effective June 21, 2009.
