Pursuant to Section 5c(c) of the Commodity Exchange Act and Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") Rule 40.6, HedgeStreet notifies the CFTC of its holiday schedule for 2005. In addition, HedgeStreet is modifying its holiday schedule for 2004 in order to observe New Year's Day on Friday, December 31, 2004. View the holiday schedule.
