Effective July 1, 2006 - HedgeStreet Revises its Current Fee Schedule

HedgeStreet, Inc. revises its current fee schedule such that the following changes go into effect:

1. $1.50 flat minimum trading fee for non-Active Traders is eliminated;

2. All fees to be based on a per contract basis as opposed to volume-based pricing; and

3. Active Trader program that was initially submitted to the Commission on May 10, 2005 is eliminated.
