Pursuant to Commission Regulation 40.6, the HedgeStreet Rule Committee has approved an amendment to existing Rule 5.4(e) with respect to Market Makers and the execution of orders. The HedgeStreet Rule Book is now updated to represent this separate amendment to HedgeStreet's Order as a DCO. The rule changes will be implemented on Wednesday, December 22, 2004.
