Amendments to September Monthly Soybean Fixed Payout Hedgelet Contracts represented by Rule 12.56(f)(ii)(1)-(4), effective today, August 15, 2005

Pursuant to Commission Regulation 40.6(c)(2)(iv), the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved amendments to the existing Payout Criteria for the September Monthly Soybean Fixed Payout Contracts.
