Amendments Effected to Chapter 10 of the HedgeStreet Rulebook

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6(c), the HedgeStreet Rule Committee has approved amendments to Rule 10.1(a) which are designed to broaden the definition of "HedgeStreet Parties", now incorporating HedgeStreet's Software/ Hardware and Service Providers into the current definition of HedgeStreet Parties. Additionally, HedgeStreet is amending a typographical error that was found in HedgeStreet Rule 10.1(c).
