Amendment to the Terms relating to the Underlying for currently offered Fixed-Payout Gold Contracts ("Contracts")

Pursuant to Commission Regulation 40.6, the HedgeStreet Rule Committee has approved an amendment to the Underlying of all Gold Hedgelet Contracts. Amended HedgeStreet Rule 12.10 (b), which reflects a change in the Underlying Contract Month from February 05 (Old) to April 05 (New), was submitted to the Commission on Wednesday, February 2, 2005.
