Amended Listing Schedule for the Daily Gold Binary Contract, with a 1:30 PM EST CLOSE only while other certain assets close early due to the December 22nd (Last Business Day prior to Christmas) Holiday

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6(a), the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved the above-referenced actions.

HedgeStreet will not list the Daily Gold Binary Contract, with a 1:30 PM EST CLOSE only on Friday, December 22, 2006 due to the Christmas holiday. HedgeStreet will relist these Contracts on Tuesday, December 26, 2006 in accordance with HedgeStreet Rules. Such Contracts will have a Settlement Date of Thursday, December 21, 2006. Therefore, there will be no open-interest in such Contracts upon the close of business on Thursday, December 21, 2006

Additionally, the assets referenced below will be listed for trading; however, these contracts will close for trading earlier than usual on Friday, December 22, 2006 as indicated below due to the Christmas Holiday.

Crude Oil Contracts - Closing at 1PM ET;

Natural Gas Contracts - Closing at 1 PM ET;

Silver Contracts - Closing at 12:05 PM ET;

Copper Contracts - Closing at 12:05 PM ET;

Heating Oil Contracts - Closing at 1 PM ET; and

Wholesale Gasoline Contracts - Closing at 1 PM ET.
